Whether you have a large team of Property Managers or there are just two of you running the whole office, we can help.
It is sometimes tempting to go with the cheapest but from our experience you get what you pay for, the cheaper companies tend not to be professional at all. This in turn causes headaches for Agents with new tenant complaints and Check Out / Check In reports recording poor cleaning issues. Aside from this, most cheaper companies don’t have adequate Public and Employers Liability insurance which can put Agents own insurance at risk.
As part of our cleaning service we also steam clean carpets, sofas, mattresses and other soft furnishings.
We can also provide new mattress protectors for every bed at the end of every clean if requested. These are left neatly on beds ‘new in packaging’ for new tenants to use, not only do they portray a professional image for the Agent but they delight the new tenants at Check In.
Our management team include Marla Propertymark qualified senior Inventory specialists who know what most cleaners miss. We therefore train our cleaners to view properties in the same way a Senior Inventory Clerk would, to make sure they do a thorough job. In addition, we issue check lists to all cleaners for all jobs and they are encouraged to check each others work at the end of a clean.
We can also communicate directly with tenants via email to agree cleaning dates before their check out inspections. Alternatively, you can ask tenants to contact us direct to obtain a quote and pay us direct. We are flexible to work in the best way that suits our clients.
