We therefore train our cleaners to view properties in the same way a Senior Inventory Clerk would, to make sure they do a thorough job. In addition, we issue check lists to all cleaners for all jobs and they are encouraged to check each others work at the end of a clean.

Our Professional End of Tenancy Cleans include all appliances, including ovens, we also include parking and any congestion charge or tunnel charges in our quotes so there will be no surprises.

At an additional cost we can steam clean carpets, rugs, sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses. If you want to add a final touch we can also provide new mattress protectors which are new in packaging and placed on beds after we have finished cleaning. On the day of the clean we can either meet you at the property for access or, if you have already vacated, we can collect keys from a concierge or a local agent if that’s what you have agreed. We work with a lot of agents and whether we work with yours or not we are happy to drop keys to their local office after we have finished cleaning if that’s your preference.
