We can also provide new mattress protectors for every bed at the end of every clean if requested. These are left neatly on beds ‘new in packaging’ for new tenants to use, not only do they portray a professional image but they delight the new tenants at Check In.
Our management team include Marla Propertymark qualified senior Inventory specialists who know what most cleaners miss. We therefore train our cleaners to view properties in the same way a Senior Inventory Clerk would, to make sure they do a thorough job. In addition, we issue check lists to all cleaners for all jobs and they are encouraged to check each others work at the end of a clean.
